The foundation addresses challenges that lack public recognition but are depriving young people of a healthy, happy life. In addition to funding medical facilities and well-being programs, we focus on improving operational structures and processes so that more young lives receive the help they need.
Fuel has always been driven by an innate belief that our success should be used to uplift the community. Embedded in our DNA is the idea of supporting causes that need it the most—those that, like us, are outliers and underdogs. We knew that with a little support, these causes could realize their endless potential. Throughout the years, our focus has always been on those just outside the spotlight, and so we decided to establish a platform dedicated to shedding light on less known and underfunded causes in youth education, health and culture: the Papa George Foundation.

We want to focus on the little details that help young people get better; the administrative structures that need funding and fixing so that more young lives can get the help they need. We want to solve issues that typically fall short of the spotlight. We want to fund solutions that may seem unexciting but have the power to change thousands of young lives. We raise funds, support programs and lead initiatives that bring strength and joy to youth in need. And we need your help. There are so many youth causes that get left in the shadows; causes that don’t get as much attention but that could have such an immense impact if they did.
Our goal with Papa George Foundation is to ensure that these issues get seen, get heard and get funded. Our mission is grounded in a deep commitment to supporting youth in need by collaborating with institutions to enhance and fund crucial operations. We believe in sharing our success with the community, and through strategic partnerships and focused contributions, we’ve made a significant difference in the lives of countless young people. By working together, we ensure that organizations dedicated to youth receive the essential resources they need to create brighter futures. Guided by the belief that giving enriches both the giver and the recipient, we are dedicated to raising awareness and securing the support needed to ensure every child has the opportunity to thrive.
Papa George
Father of Fuel’s CEO, Robert Piccioni, George was a hard-working, devoted family man who immigrated from Italy to build a successful life. A proud father, grandfather, godfather, brother and friend, the list of people George impacted in his life is virtually endless. George had a way about him that drew people in. He had a special talent for making people laugh and putting them at ease, creating a warm atmosphere wherever he went. With George around, it was like the sun was always shining.
What was most special about George was that he always wanted to do good and look out for people, and he did it through the simplest gestures; sharing a meal, lending a hand, making sure everyone felt seen. He brought so much with so little. Dedicated to his community and those around him, George always had a soft spot for the underdog, championing their causes and ensuring their voices were heard. We launched Papa George Foundation to honour his selfless spirit and impact thousands of young lives who really need someone to root for them.
